These two pictures are of me and my dad in front of Grand Teton,
which is the "star" mountain of Grant Teton National
Park.
"Grand Tetons" en francais means "big
hooters." You might need to know that in case you're ever on
Jeopardy.
To learn more about this groovy National Park, check out the Grand Teton website.
This is the road either travelling to or from the Grant Teton
National Park; I can't remember which. It's one of the many
scenic routes we took along our trip. Look carefully in the
photo, and you can see the road winding all the way down the
mountain in the foreground, to all the way back up the mountain
in the background.
The coolest thing about this road is that we were on it for at
least 5 hours, and we only saw SIX cars! To say we were making
good time on this road is the understatement of the year. :-)
